- Explore Plant Based Living: Try plant-based meals, products, and recipes throughout the month, discovering the benefits for your health, the environment, and animal welfare.
- Bring Compassion to Your Plate: Make compassionate choices by abstaining from animal origin products and opt for plant based alternatives whenever possible.
- Reduce Food Waste: Practise mindful consumption through reduce, reuse, and recycle efforts to minimise waste.
You don’t have to go 100% plant-based overnight — the goal is to take meaningful steps toward a plant-based lifestyle and inspire others to do the same!
